Healthy Body

Physical education is an integral part of the education system as a whole. Therefore, the implementation of physical education should be directed to achieve the goals of education. The purpose of physical education is not the physical activity itself, but to develop students' potential through physical activity.
A narrow and mistaken perceptions of physical education will lead to noble values and educational goals contained in it will never be achieved. Learning orientation should be adjusted, with, the contents of child development and affairs of the materials and delivery methods must be adjusted so interesting and fun, learning objectives aimed at not only developing sports skills, but the personal development of all the children. The basic concept of physical education and effective teaching of physical education model must understand for people who want to teach physical education.
Definition of physical education is often obscured by another concept, where the physical pendididkan equated with the business or activity lead to the development of organs of human body (body building), physical fitness (physical fitness), physical activity (pysical activity), and skills development (skills development). The sense that they provide a narrow and misleading the true meaning of physical education. although it is true that physical activity has a specific purpose, but because it was not associated with educational objectives, activities that do not contain the elements of pedagogy.
Physical education is not just a physical development in isolation, but must be within the context of general education (general education). Obviously the process is done consciously and systematically engage the perpetrators of interaction to achieve the goals set.
